Wow! What a majestic parade we witnessed on India's 69th Republic day. An aura of patriotism flowing everywhere. The Beauty, Culture and strength of our Country was nicely put together into one thread of Diversity.
The happiness we experience and a feeling of external bliss flows in our blood when we see our Republic day parade. Being the heart of our country, Delhi has always been the place of pride. It is the lucky one, which always gets the chance to host and showcase the vastness of our country in all fields.
Bharat Parv, the festival to celebrate the spirit of being a Republic organised at Red Fort gives us the opportunity to become a part of India's glorious past and heritage.
What a mesmerising view it is with Red Fort at the background and binding of all the the Indian cultures together at the magnificent Bharat Parv.
The whole venue is awesome. Well decorated, colourful and depicting the beauty and majesty of India.
Beautiful cultural shows, well decorated tableau, authentic food and above all the beat of our armed forces drums, make us feel that we are blessed to be born in this land which has abundant offerings for us.
The food court at this parv is a multi-state food court. Chefs from all the different states present their culinary skills.
Hot Momos from the first organic state of India Sikkim, special Dosa from Andhra Pradesh, Special Thali from Himachal Pradesh, mouth watering dishes from Jharkhand, Punjab and many dishes from other states.
At the Parv, the tastes and flavours just melted in my mouth and left an unforgettable taste.
Various Nukkad Nataks on social issues like 'Save the Girl Child' made me think that these could be eye-openers for the society.
There was a beautiful display of local handicrafts. Artisans from different states were present to enhance our knowledge about Indian handicrafts.
They were showcasing their skills and self produced handicrafts, decoration items, clothing and garments.
India is a land of values and traditions, festivals and celebrations, unity and fraternity, love and respect, sharing and caring.
India is really Incredible.
As an Indian, now it is our time to pay back and make our country also proud of us.
MAY GOD BLESS OUR INCREDIBLE INDIA AND ALL ITS LOVELY PEOPLE.
JAI HIND...JAI BHARAT...
