Public procession with music and groups chanting mantras. Lights, sounds, festival and fervour all around with
Chanting of the beautiful name of 'Ganapati Bappa' resounding everywhere. 
Beautifully decorated idols of the Lord of Arts and Science and the God of Wisdom 'Ganesha'.

The auspicious occasion of 'Ganesh Chaturthi' is being celebrated with full colours and reverence.

This is a ten day Hindu festival celebrated to honour the ELEPHANT-headed God Ganesha's Birthday.

'Ganesha' is the younger son of Lord Shiva and Ma Parvati.
At the beginning of this festival, both Parvati and Shiva are worshipped by all for their blessings.
Shiva, the Lord of Power. Shiva, the God of Majesty.

Shiva, the Almighty whose existence is because of his beloved Parvati. It is with her Shakti that He becomes the epitome of power.

Likewise in our lives, with your loved one on your side, your inherent inner powers and strengths too can be realised beautifully. The odds and the evils of our lives can also be fought if the pillar of our life is with us.
'Ganapati or Vinayaka' as he is referred to by his devotees is also known by 108 other names. This festival is marked by beginning with installation of an idol of Lord Ganesha which includes chanting of Vedic Hymns from Hindu Texts. The festival ends with the immersion of the idol of the Lord in a water body.
This is done with a hope that our Lord shall be happy with our special treatment that we met to Him and He shall bestow His blessings on us.

This majestic festival makes us realise many things. It makes us realise the VALUE OF OUR CHILDREN WHO TOO HAVE AN INTELLECTUAL BEND OF MIND FOR WHICH THEY DESERVE OUR SPECIAL RESPECT....

This festival makes us VALUE THE PURIFICATION POWERS OF WATER TOO AND THAT IT IS PRECIOUS... NOT TO BE WASTED... NOT EVEN A SINGLE DROP...

It teaches us to respect OUR LIFE PARTNER REALISING THAT THE
UPS AND DOWNS ARE A PART AND PARCEL OF LIFE , BUT RESPECT AND UNDERSTANDING WITH YOUR SOUL-MATE IS VERY IMPORTANT...

Lastly, this festival also teaches us a lesson for life that ONE DECISION SOMETIMES TAKEN IN HASTE CAN ALSO EFFECT SOMEONE'S LIFE FOREVER...

PARVATI IS SHAKTI AND SHE DEMANDED RESPECT FOR HER SON 'GANESHA', FROM THE POWERFUL LORD SHIVA..

LET US ASK LORD SHIVA WITH HIS SHAKTI TO ALWAYS KEEP HIS LOVING HANDS OVER US SO THAT OUR LIFE TOO REMAINS BLISSFUL FROM THE BEGINNING TILL THE END...

In this journey of your's which we started together with you being born to us, we have always tried our best to teach you the True Lessons and Essence of life.
The experiences of the good or the bad which we have shared with you shall surely add to your own view points and experiences of your life.

The Gifts of our personal teachings and sharings shall always act as a guiding force in your life.
As we have always said, 'Always be a good Human Being with a True Heart which thinks and acts fearlessly'.

Education gives you confidence. It makes you aware and alert about various happenings which are taking place around the world.
Education keeps a person updated else one shall become outdated very fast.
Education provides us the required information for keeping pace with the world.
Being a part of a civilised society, education helps in further development of the human civilisation.
It enhances our mental growth. It gives a liberal approach to our thinking and flexibility to our thoughts.
Education is not just literacy but is our growth and development.
Education is also value based and is not just confined to marks and degrees one gets from institutions.

Education is how we lead and live life and if we pass the life examination we shall then be considered educated.
Believing and following our culture, traditions and values is education.
Following all our constitutional duties is education. Being a good human and believing in humanity is education.
LET ALL OF US VALUE EDUCATION AND ALL THE EDUCATORS IN OUR LIVES...

To my respected teacher,
Who made my life bright,
You gave me the direction,
Which was absolutely right.
You enlightened me about life,
That it shall be tough,
But asked me to lead it with a smile,
Even when it gets rough,
You rightly told me money is not as important,
Just focus on growth, and our goal shall not be distant.
You can be a teacher in any field you desire,
But do it with passion, and a lot of fire.
Prove your education with knowledge and zeal,
Most of the issues in this world are such,
Only good teachers can heal.

The melodious sound of His flute and the sparkling glow on Her face.
The Koyal eyed Radha Rani and the complete persona Krishna had eternal beauty. The true epitome of love.
Love which had the purity of the bhakti of Lord and His devotee.
The love which was timelessly magically beautiful.

The love which revolved around the divine aura of the supreme Lord 'Krishna'.
Krishna who choreographed his 'Krishna Leela' as a divine illusion.
He made people around him fall in love with his magnificently charming image.
He was innocently cute, a dream lover, protector of humanity, a true friend, a direction giver and a judicial judge to the biggest 'War of Justice', the great Mahabharata.
'Krishna', had many faces to his personality.
His persona still works magic around the world with millions of devotees celebrating 'Krishna Janmashtami', with a true devotion towards The Almighty.

The name of the Lord on their lips and the eyes filled with his love, every devotee wishes to be blessed with the true devotion of 'Krishna'.
Krishna Bhakti for the devotee is a pleasurable joyous moment of life.
Let us all pray with a true heart to the Supreme Lord to bless and protect humanity with a divine justice for equality and peace.

Appreciation For Women Architects.

It is always a great honour and privilege to meet people who are building India strong with new and beautiful innovative architectural designs.
Those moments bring even more joyous feelings when women achievers in the field of architecture and interior designing come together on a common platform to share their views and opinions and are being honoured for their great works and projects they are doing or have already completed.
The field of architecture and designing which is always primarily considered to be for men and regarded as a male dominated field is lately being successfully governed by the new and old generation women architects and interior designers of all ages.
Myself as one from a different arena and as a woman I personally feel that every woman has a unique aesthetic sense, a sense of artistic designing which through professional training and expertise get a perfect finesse.
So, a woman infact truly deserves a bigger recognition and appreciation which an event like Wade Asia, is doing perfectly well.

The founder of Wade Asia and her dedicated team is doing a great job by bringing several women architects, interior designers and budding designers together honouring them for their contribution in the field of creativity, design and architecture.
A heart-felt congratulations to all the women achievers in the field of architecture and designing and best wishes to the Wade Asia team to continue the good work ahead and keep inspiring more people.
Surely smart people can build smart cities and an expert intelligent community of architects and designers coming together shoulder to shoulder can further surely build a smart nation.
The innovative ideas and planning by the young architects and designers combined with the experience of the many great mentors in the field and the vision of the Masters can definitely give a new shape to an emerging India.
At home too as my husband Architect Mohit Kumar always shares that "Architecture is an amalgamation of the present day needs and our aspirations to elevate the living experiences of humanity".
I truly believe in his this beautiful, creative and well crafted thought about architecture.
