Happy Easter Day

Blog by- Dr.Jaya Kumar.

A beautiful day with a happy feeling that the Lord is back. He is back to bless us.

Back to make us realize who the Lord is.

Why we should celebrate when the Lord is back?

Lord is our inner strength to recognise our missed opportunities. Lord leads us and God guides us.

We should celebrate when we feel that today is a new day and let me start afresh.

Past is gone but let me catch my present which could be better, improved and worth enjoying more making it a remembrance to cherish.

The minutes we wasted could be reverted because the Lord who can be refered to by any name gives us another chance.

Chance to lead our life with a different perspective which could be much better and satisfying than before. Chance to improve and develop.

So let us celebrate and wish for a new rebirth everytime we awake. Every day is a new day with new hopes. Let's start today.

HAPPY REBIRTH TO ALL.....

Happy Hanuman Jayanti - Let Us Learn And Grow.

Blog by- Dr.Jaya Kumar.

An epitome of trust, faith, love, affection, care and dedication is our beloved God 'Hanuman'. He is an example for all.

His powers proved his supremacy but he chose to be only a devotee to Lord Ram.

His love and affection for Lord Ram cannot be expressed just in words. In fact his total devotion towards Ram , glorified Lord Ram's personality and uplifted his stature also.

Hanuman himself is a Lord of Power and Intelligence but still was happy and satisfied whole heartedly appreciating Lord Ram. He was not as happy for himself as he was for Lord Ram.

Lord Ram's sorrows and griefs were his own he believed. He put all his efforts to ensure that Lord Ram was comfortable in every situation.

He subsided his own identity to glorify Lord Ram's persona and aura. He selflessly dedicated himself to Lord Ram. He felt a sense of confidence and self-satisfaction in doing it.

Though it is mythology but it is also a matter of faith for many. We should also follow his virtues and foot-steps.

Foot-steps to follow the path of love and dedication for our loved ones so as to enjoy a self-satisfying life.

A life where we are not living only for ourselves but also living and working for our loved one's happiness, success and growth.

So let us pray to Lord Hanuman to bestow his blessings on us and that we too could work selflessly for others and be happy.

Good Friday - The God's Friday.

Blog By- Jaya Kumar.

The Apostle of peace and love was crucified for being the messenger of goodness.
The goodness which spread far and wide. He was feared by the people who were against establishing a harmonious atmosphere in the society.
His aura was a threat to a section of society whose thoughts were only destructive.
A calmness on His face and a beautiful smile had a magical power.
The power which could be seen and felt. The truth of existence and presence of a Holy power.
But still the Lord was crucified. The drops of blood coming out of his body were the tears coming out of the eyes of the Believer of peace and truth.

Good Friday or God's Friday spreads a very clear and a strong message for everyone.
Inspite being a good human being we too have to face several hurdles in our lives.
Suffering is a part and parcel of life.
The pressures of society can take a toll on us, but our biggest strength has to be our patience, calmness and a belief on the value of truth.
The other lesson which we can learn is that life gives us a chance to improve upon our mistakes or our misunderstandings.
Every chance could be our last chance.
Therefore, act before it is too late and turns into a day of regret.

Happy Mahavir Jayanti- Let Us Worship Humanity.

Blog by- Dr.Jaya Kumar.

As human beings all of us surely realise this after reading the great epics of different religions.
All the religious books in this world teach that Humanity is the crux for a peaceful and blissful living in and as a society.
Be it the teachings of Mahavir, Buddha or Gurunanak Dev or the versus of the Holy Bible or Holy Quran.
It can also be the great Ramayana or the Holy Bhagvat Gita.
They all teach human beings about the full circle of life.

A life to be lead by being humble and humane.
Studying the epics thoroughly and concluding from the discourses of every religion, we feel the existence of One Power.
The power can be worshipped with different names and faith.
The rituals of worship could also differ but the teachings by all are one. The teachings to attain inner peace and solace in oneself and to maintain harmony and peace in the world as a whole.

Real worship should not only be the outer salutation to the deities or to the founders of a religion but to follow the paths shown by them for the betterment of the whole human race.
On the auspicious occasion of Mahavir Jayanti, let us attain self enlightenment through self realization.

Change In Daily Routine

Blog by- Dr.Jaya Kumar.

A slight change in our daily regime brings a refreshing change in our lives.
Even though we all are very busy in our lives but sometimes our daily routine becomes very mechanical and same everyday that we have been following for many years.
Everything at times seems to be a repetitive process of what we did the previous day.
It seems like we are dragging ourselves in our lives with the same old regime and routine.
So why do we then not adopt a slight change in our daily routine?
Something different which is experimental and can be easily adopted too.
Something that fills our lives with new energy and passion.
For example, we can adopt a new exercise routine with a more healthy start to our day.

We can even wake up a little earlier than usual to catch the day younger.
We can similarly think of anything different than usual from our same old set routine.
The different new aspect shall fill our lives with more happiness which shall give us more youthful energy to work responsibly and energetically for our loved ones.
The new way(s) shall increase our stamina to work more efficiently and effectively at our respective work sphere too.
So let us give it a try and try to change our routine to fill our lives with a new positive energy.

Observe Greatly

Blog by- Dr.Jaya Kumar.

Keenly observing things makes you aware in life. Infact the real education to live this life can easily be learnt by the art of observing.
Observing the behavioural patterns of fellow human beings shall help us improve manifold.
Even observing the incidents and happenings around us help us to improve ourselves.
They make us aware of the current ways and trends.
The real education of a person starts with his stepping out from the protective environment of his home.

As we step out of our comfort zones the process of learning starts.
It really depends on our observing power to grasp various things and to start working on them.
By observing these things closely and then implementing and executing them is the real challenge of life.
The best lessons of our lives can also be learnt from other's mistakes and from the day to day activities and events happening around us.

They can further be learnt and adopted if we have really observed closely and concluded the crux out of our observations.
Observing silently but executing wisely is the real way of living this life.
Observation has a power to put your life on the right track.
Observations strengthen our brain and show us a corrective way to live a well organised beautiful life.

Do Not Believe Blindly.

Blog by-Dr Jaya Kumar.

As a human being we sometimes commit a big mistake in our lives.
The mistake to blindly follow and believe others and the information provided by them.
Without checking the authenticity of someone's information we tend to believe it.
Many a times even our reactions regarding the information plays a havoc in our lives.
The words spoken by others could be according to their thinking, their state of mind or their personal interpretation of things, events or situations.

As a second person we might not be aware of the intention(s) behind the other person's thoughts, views or words.
We may even ruin the pleasure of our personal lives because of some incorrect information we might tend to believe in.
The other problem regarding believing such information is our surity and belief on whether the information shared with us is verified, is correct and is conveyed to you by a reliable source.
That particular information may have been really valuable for you but for the source it might have been just a gossip.
Therefore, before reacting to and moving ahead with such information collected through other sources, we should ourselves check the truth or authenticity of such information.

An incorrect information can really mislead us in our lives and relations till the time we establish the truth.
So always keep your eyes and ears open and in coordination with each other. Wait until both give you the same signals regarding any information presented to you. Till then, react selectively and move ahead in life with a careful, alert, correct and a vigilant attitude.

Happy Ram Navami

Blog by- Dr.Jaya Kumar.

Ram, the Lord of Sincerity.
Ram, the God of Majesty. Ram, the Almighty whose existence is his beloved Siya. It is with Janaki only that he becomes complete.
Sita has been described an ultimate in grace and aura.

She is an epitome of a beloved wife.
She is care. She is affection. She is precious.
She is delicate.
She is simple and sweet at times and is head strong against the evil at the other times.
Infact, the great epic of Ramyana teaches us a lot.

The revered epic is a life lesson in itself. The story of the Great Siya Ram and their ups and downs in life.
Their bonding and betrayal in life. The friends and enemies they meet in life.
The love and respect of Lord Hanuman for Sri Ram. The bond between the loving brothers Lord Ram and Lakshman.
In fact every incident in the life of Lord Ram is a lesson in itself for everyone to learn from.
Ram Navami is the day and time to rethink about this great epic.

To do the analysis of the real teachings given through this holy epic.
Infact every festival and such great writing has so much more to it.
To learn and to grow. To celebrate every occasion surely gives happiness but to understand the philosophy behind it enlightens us.
The festivals then become more relevant to our lives.
Lots of Wishes to All on the occasion of Ram Navami.

Let Us Ignite The Strength Of A Tiger.

Blog by- Dr.Jaya Kumar.

The fact is that everyone in their lives have felt disappointed at some time. The reasons could be many and different.
Everything seems like the end of the road.
As a human being, we start feeling heart broken.
We feel disappointed on not getting the results which we had expected and had wanted.
That seems to be the worst phase of our lives.
We have a hope everyday but at the end of the day we may not achieve fruitful results.

Though we work very hard but still are left empty handed.
We should make our disappointment our strength.
A tiger becomes more dangerous and furious when it gets hurt or injured.
Let us ignite the strength of a tiger within us for a beautiful sun rise in our lives.
Why do we lose hope so easily? Why do we not give a try again?
We may need more effort and hard work to achieve the desired results.
Loosing hope shall shatter us.
By keeping hope alive and by proving ourselves by working hard, shall give us the success we deserve in our life.
It is true that 'God helps those who help themselves'.
Let us become our own self help. Let us pull up our socks and just do what we desire.
Let us work in the direction to prove our credibility and the reason of our existence on this earth.

Happiness When Shared Increases Manifold

Blog by- Dr.Jaya kumar

The feeling of happiness can be truely rejoiced when you share your happiness with other people.
The real joy of happiness can be felt when your loved ones are happy for you.
When you get a feeling that the reason of your happiness is being appreciated and applauded by your near and dear ones.
It is a general belief by many too that we should not exhibit our happiness too much.
They may have a feeling that people pretend to be happy for you but at heart they feel not so happy seeing your happiness.
As a human being it is not possible to know the truth in someone's personality or what is going on in someone's mind.
We should instead and therefore always keep a positive attitude towards everyone.
People have a dissatisfied approach towards things because of their own personal issues.

Still there are surely people who are genuinely happy in other's happiness too.
These section of people only wish well for everyone and are happy to be a part of other's happiness.
They only shower their true and real blessings and wishes every time.
Now it depends on us to either be confined in our own personal shell and miss the golden opportunity of celebrating and sharing happiness.
Or on other hand live, enjoy, cherish and share the happy moments we are blessed with because of everyone's good wishes for us.

A Smile In One Eye.

Blog by- Dr.Jaya Kumar.

Sadness behind the beautiful smile. Silent tears behind happy faces. You are sometimes shaken and touched by knowing the hidden sadness of someone.
That someone who you had always known as a very happy face. A person who always keeps a beautiful smile.
Infact that beautiful smile which even ignites someone's dull life.
That beautiful smile may have so many secrets wrapped in it.
Wrapped beneath is sadness of memories.
Memories which have shaken the soul and spirit of that person.
The loss of the child who was the reason of one's smile. The child who parted away for heavenly abode and has left one in pain and grief forever.

You feel an emotional surprise that the person who you knew has suffered one of the biggest loss of his life.
Loss of his young child under tragic circumstances.
You still cannot believe the positivity and a smiling personality of that person.
He keeps smiling as a life time tribute to his dear child.
The child who was always smiling and was full of life.
He wants to remember all beautiful memories with a smile. Seeing this you start feeling that life is a big surprise.
At what point do we have to undergo pain and suffering. This question is difficult to answer.
Let us instead remember that we have to fight even the toughest fight of our lives smilingly.
One needs to learn to fight one's problems bravely and with a bright and shining smile.

Happy Navratri.

Blog by-Dr Jaya Kumar.

NAVRATRI..The auspicious festival is celebrated to worship the nine powerful forms of Goddess Durga.

The nine avatars of Durga are:

1. SHAILPUTRI- The embodiment of the collective power of Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh. This collective power can really conquer the world.

2. BRAHMCHARINI- She is filled with bliss and happiness. Let us be happy from our inner soul to achieve a blissful life.

3. CHANDRAGHANTA- She represents beauty and grace. She is also regarded as an apostle of bravery and possesses great strength.

Like wise, we too have to be physically and mentally strong to face the challenges of this world with our head held high.

4. KUSHMUNDA- She is considered to be the creator of the universe.

Mother is the creator of the  future generation. Let us fullfil our responsibilities with dedication and true commitment.

5. SKAND MATA- She can turn into a storm-cloud when the need arises to protect her child.

Parents are protectors of their children. It is our duty as parents to make our children well aware of the hurdles of life.

6. KATYAYANI- She exhibits immense courage.

Be courageous to fight the battle with the demon inside us.

7. KALRATRI- She has three eyes that shine bright.

As human beings we have only two eyes.Try to open our 'third' eye of awakening which can see the world from a different perspective.

8. MAHAGAURI- She is intelligent, peaceful and calm.

Only a peaceful mind can be a productive mind.

9. SIDDHIDATRI- She possesses supernatural healing powers.

Everyone has hidden supernatural powers, so let us explore ourselves.

Looking at its deeper meaning, we realize that there is another aspect to Navratri.

The meaning of NAV-RATRI can also be understood as NEW-NIGHT.

A new night which fills us with new energy. Just like all the forms of the Goddess who are worshipped and who killed the evil forces to protect the good, we too should pledge to adopt and inculcate good values and ethos in ourselves. Values to stand against the evil and also kill our inner evil forces.

If there is something we could not do in the past, let us try to do it now in the present.

Let us take a vow to change our lethargic lifestyles and shift to a healthy systems of living.

Let us burry our bad habits and start following the good principles in life.

Change should be a part of life. Following the new directions and dictums should be a promise we should surely and unhesitatingly make to ourselves.

LET US RESOLVE TO ASSURE THAT, THIS NAVRATRI OUR LIVES SHALL ALSO TAKE A TURN TO NEW AND BETTER WAYS OF LIVING..

Living To Inspire Others.

Blog by-Dr Jaya Kumar.

Remember the movie 'Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai', in which the female lead character used to take autograph of the person who influenced her in some way or the other.
She possessed a virtue of understanding people and their influence as motivating and inspiring personalities. The real life heroes.
People who inspired and touched her heart deeply.
In our lives too, someone who touches our heart and soul through verbal or written words should always be remembered and we should try to keep in regular touch with that person.

His or her good deeds, motivating personality, kind gestures, genuine stature and the real self shall always act as a constant reminder for us to be better than what we have been.
This shall always fill us with more energy and freshness in our lives.
As a human being, we cannot be perfect. Rejoicing and remembering the moments of inspiration of our meetings shall help us as an individual to grow into a much better and a beautiful person. As a person, we always follow only what touches our heart and soul.
We may not be able to inspire many millions together, but we can surely inspire some forever by bringing a wonderful transformational change in their lives.
Let us live to inspire through our work and words and see the difference it brings about in our attitude and approach towards life.
Let us try to become the one person who can bring about an inspiring change in other's lives.
We shall surely, in our lifetimes only, witness that the world has become a more beautiful, peaceful, better and a happy place to live in.

Stephen Hawking- May His Soul Rest In Peace.

Blog by-Dr Jaya Kumar.

Stephen Hawking has left this world for his heavenly abode.
His contribution to the world of science shall always be unmatchable and unparalleled. The legendary physicist has helped explain the behaviour of black holes and even examined the origin of the universe.
His persona was a constant reminder for all of us to fight with our inner disabilities.
He proved that we do not have to feel sorry for any situation we face in our lives. If we are determined to achieve something, nothing can stop us.
His scientific approach and the knowledge that he gave to the world shall always be an invaluable asset for us.

He was an iconic figure. A person who was respected all over the world.
His demise is not only a loss to the world of science but also to the humanity as a whole.
He taught us to become a fighter in our lives. Our biggest and a true tribute to the 'Man of Science', would be to try to overcome all our challenges and hurdles of our lives with strength and determination. To live our lives also for the betterment of humanity and development of our world in any field.
Our Intelligence and intellectual knowledge should become our biggest strength and power.
May his soul rest in peace.

Pressure Is Good

Blog by-Dr Jaya Kumar.

Pressure is an urgency to do or finish the concerned or particular things on time.
Pressure can be understood in many forms.
The definition of pressure is different in every situation. It also depends on a person how to handle, see and measure pressure.
We can conclude on one point that most of the times pressure is good.
Infact many times it is only due to pressure on us that our mind, really starts working fast.
Our capacity to do work increases.
We are introduced to our hidden capabilities which come out due to the pressure we are in.
The value of time management too is learnt due to pressure of finishing a particular work on time.

We only have one thing which has to be kept in mind, and that is that pressure should not become a reason for our anxiety, stress or tension.
It can harm us physically, emotionally and mentally.
For all other reasons, pressure can be a pleasure as it can make us focus on our aims more sincerely.
Pressure should be taken as a positive challenge and as a hurdle to be crossed most confidently and happily to be stress free in life.
Pressure should not be a burden. It should be taken up as a responsibility to be finished within limited time we get to complete any task.
