LIFE IN A METRO TRAIN

 Blog By-Dr Jaya Kumar.

Even books cannot teach us what practical experience and knowledge can.
Practical experience to live and lead this beautiful life.
Personal experiences from day to day life prepares us to face various challenges of life.
In this learning process the Metro Train is a moving book of life journey.
While traveling on a Metro Train you can feel that every second of your observation is helping you in your growth.
It feels like you are a part of a live show where all the characters are unknown.
Every one is bound by some connection. A connection to be a traveller.
Travelling together to reach respective destination. One can find real diversity among people.

The languages spoken by people and attires worn are so vibrant and different.
The real use of latest technology and gadgets can be seen and witnessed clearly in a metro train.
The languages spoken by the travellers are so diversified.
Some speak Hindi, some use English and many youngesters use even a slang kind of language mix.
Some look sleepy, some just chat non-stop, some sit with a serious look and many just patiently wait for their destination.
Simultaneously many activities are carried out by all people.
Reading newspapers and magazines, sending emails, preparing for examinations, reading books and even watching movies on tabs and mobile.
Many travellers explore their sipirtual self by indulging in meditation, reciting mantras and reading various religious texts.

We also have to be very vigilant and alert while travelling in a metro train.
We experience and understand the art of making way for ourselves in a big crowd.
It teaches us as to how to survive and be strong.
On a metro train everyone is equal. There is no status or economic strata difference.
No caste or religion difference. No difference in what state one belongs to.
Everyone is equal. A unified diversity.
Every passenger learning, struggling and growing every moment and waiting to reach their destination quickly while learning live experiences of life.

CELEBRATION OF ART AND ARCHITECTURE OF LIFE

 Blog By-Dr Jaya Kumar.

Every thing we do in our daily lives is a celebration of an artistic thinking and practicality.
Infact, art and architecture is an inherent part of our lives.
Our artistic bent of mind can bring out the creativity in us. Creativity to excel in this wide field. Creativity to come up with unique and stylish designs into our lives.
We all are born architects of our lives.
The idea for implementation has to be experimental to design the best piece of art in this world.

To design like it has never been done before. Simplistic yet contemporary. Updated yet rooted.
Having our own style of working for planning and maximum utilisation of the sources and resources available with us.
Art and architecture should be celebrated to bring in a new energy, enthusiasm and excitement in us.
The design of life shall be well appreciated with originality, uniqueness and conceptual clarity with timely execution.

We have to be the creator and designer for ourselves. Willing to do on own rather to be dependent on external work force.
Pace and imagination could differ according to our perception.
The Crux is to realise our artistic potential and creativity.
Let us celebrate art and architecture to redesign and renovate the existing structure of our life for better and more beautiful.
Let us live our dreams.

MANALI- AN INCREDIBLE TRIP THROUGH THE EYES OF A NINE YEAR OLD BOY

BLOG BY-OM KUMAR

(THIS BLOG HAS BEEN APPROVED BY MINISTRY OF TOURISM, GOVERNMENT OF INDIA)

The following blog is written by Om Kumar.

BLOG-

Hello everyone. I am very excited. I and my family are going for a trip to the popular hill-station Manali. We are now boarding the Volvo bus by Himachal Tourism from New Delhi to our destination.

In Manali:

‘Good morning’. Our overnight Volvo bus journey was very comfortable. We are now at the Manali bus stand. We like to explore our incredible India by foot as well and therefore we shall be walking from the bus stand to our hotel.

On the way, we saw and explored many things:

Wow! The majesty of the river Beas is marvellous. We sometimes forget to cherish the beauty of nature. As we are moving, we can see the clouds becoming darker and darker and it has started drizzling too. How beautiful our incredible India is. Now we have reached the local fruit market and the delicious fruits of the hills have started adding flavour to the journey. We can smell the nice aroma of freshly cut pine logs also as we cross a timber sawing area.

Reached hotel:

After seeing and exploring many things on the way, we have finally reached our hotel.
Cherishing the beauty:
After exploring many things during the day, it is now rest time. Since we like to see the beauty of nature at all times, we therefore are cherishing the beauty of nature from our balcony. We are at Prini, at a height on the outskirts of Manali from where we can see the whole city from our balcony. Manali is a big valley with many things to explore and amazing views.

Next day:

Good morning. We are having our breakfast and are relishing the beauty of our incredible India’s natural beauty. As a responsible citizen of our country and a responsible tourist it should be our utmost duty to appreciate the beauty of our country. Keeping this in mind, we always try to value and enjoy the beauty of the place wherever we go.

Planning To Explore:

We are planning to explore the Hadimba temple, Ghatochgach temple, Manali Museum, Manali Mall Road and the Van Vihar.

Now we are going to see the Hadimba temple:

Now we are walking towards the Hadimba temple. We are now in the Hadimba temple area. Hadimba was the wife of Bheem (Bheem of Mahabharata). Hadimba temple’s other popular
attraction we see is the locally bred hare. These hare are very big and look like stuffed toys. They are very cute, soft and beautiful. This area is surrounded by tall pine trees.

In the Ghatochgach temple:

Ghatochgach was the son of Hadimba and Bheem. Now we are in the surroundings of the Ghatochgach temple. We see many Yaks here. They look very ferocious but they do not hurt. Children like me can also pat them and ride them.

In Manali Museum:

We are now in the Manali Museum. We can see many photographs about Himachal Pradesh’s local culture and heritage. There are different types of models of historic local houses. Here is a small room which has a local kitchen. It is wonderful to see our history. The kitchen has a Chullah and different types of utensils. On display are the Himachali topi, local woollen jackets, sweaters and shawls. We see many local instruments too. There is a small room in which a weaving machine is kept. Local artisans of Manali use the same type of weaving machine. There is also a local weighing method displayed, called the Taraju.

On the Manali Mall Road:

Wow, the Manali Mall Road is spectacular with options of mouth-watering food. We are enjoying cuisines starting from Chat-Papdi to the local Himachali Thali. The irresistible six-in-one ice-cream is really amazing and delicious. This road is very nice as it has options of many cuisines. Manali Mall Road’s most famous things are hot momos, six-in-one ice-cream, Thupka (Gyathuk) and Chat-Papdi. We also saw traditional Buddhist monks and they met us very lovingly. We fully enjoyed the fabulous Manali mall road.

In the Van Vihar:

We are now in the jungles of Manali. This is called the Van Vihar. I love and fully enjoy the jungles. Pine trees are very beautiful in Van Vihar. There is also a paddle-boat area for everyone to enjoy. Through the Van Vihar, I and my parents went near the Beas river also. The Van Vihar also had interesting birds. We observed the birds carefully and some of them very colourful and unique. We spotted some monkeys too. The time spent here was amazing. It is now getting darker as evening sets in.

Going back to the Hotel:

After exploring the Manali city, we are going back to our hotel. Our today’s activity of exploring the Manali city was great. On way back, we have to cross three hills to reach our hotel. It is far but for us it is a good exercise and fun because we are on a holiday and walking is good for everyone.

Next Day- Last Day:

Good Morning. It is our last day and today we have to go back to Delhi. We have had our breakfast and we are in our room’s balcony, enjoying the snow-capped Himalayan peaks. Shortly we shall pack our bags to reach the bus stand well on time. Time is very valuable and
precious. We missed going to the other popular places around Manali, like the Rohtang Pass, Manikaran and Solang Valley. This was due to short duration but it was an incredible trip. I requested my parents to surely make another trip to Manali so that we could explore more. They agreed smilingly and I felt very happy.

In The Himachal Tourism’s Volvo Bus:

Now we are in the bus going back to Delhi.
Bye Manali, we shall see you again.

IT WAS AN INCREDIBLE COUNTRY’S INCREDIBLE TRIP THROUGH MY EYES.

Green India,

BINSAR VALLEY - THE BEAUTIFUL FLORA AND HILLS

Blog By-Dr Jaya Kumar.

(THIS BLOG HAS BEEN APPROVED BY MINISTRY OF TOURISM, GOVERNMENT OF INDIA)

Inner enlightenment and a rejuvenating experience of our incredible motherland India. The best place to experience this soulful journey is to explore the beauty of our hills. Witnessing the silence of the hills and the freshness of flora and fauna is a well deserving break from the fast urban city life.
The calmness and peace of the majestic Himalayas refreshes our inner soul and fills our deeper core with a positive energy. I feel so fortunate and blessed to be born on this land which is a treasure of natural habitat. Taking break from the city life and exploring our incredible India is my passion.
I got a fortunate chance to explore a place known as Binsar which is located in the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand. Binsar is a hill town which is surrounded by pine and oak forests facing the vast panorama of the majestic snow clad mountains.
The main attraction of Binsar is the three hundred kilometres of majestic and panoramic view of the Himalayan peaks from zero point. Zero point is located in the heart of the Binsar wild life sanctuary and is the highest view point from where one can savour a three hundred sixty degree view of the Himalayan magnificence namely the holy Kedarnath, the Shivling, Trishul and the group of Nanda Devi peaks.
Witnessing this through one’s own eyes was a life time memorable experience for me and my family. We were just mesmerised by the natural beauty of the area. The flora and fauna of the area is unmatchable. It seemed like that the valley is naturally decorated by the vibrancy of different colours bestowed upon by mother earth.

Binsar is a well connected area by road. The nearest railway station is Kathgodam. It is at a distance of approximately one hundred ten kilometres from Binsar. The nearest airport at Pantnagar is also approximately one hundred forty five kilometres from Binsar. Though there is a limited hotel facility in the area, but with a prior booking one can have a comfortable stay while enjoying the natural beauty of the Binsar valley. Else, the best bet is to stay at Almora, which is around twenty five kilometres away from Binsar.
Binsar is a nature lovers’, adventure lovers’, writers’ and elderly couples’ paradise. It is best for the people who look forward to being near ‘mother nature’. It is for the people who appreciate nature and want peace and solace to fill them with inner strength.
The local languages spoken in this area are Hindi, English and Kumaoni. These languages have simplicity and a beauty about them. People of Binsar have a true heart and are gentle to talk. To know about a hilly local habitation enhances our cultural knowledge. To explore the vibrancy of languages, clothes, eating habits and relishing the local cuisines are fortunate experiences as a tourist.
The Kumaoni cuisine is mouth watering and is irresistible. Once tasted, it is difficult to control our taste buds. Bhatt-ki-dal, turmeric raita, sweet pickle and special jeera aloo are some of the dishes which melt in our mouth and leave an unforgettable taste. The Himalayan
fresh drinking water has its own natural digestive minerals. It improves our digestive system such that even after having a heavy Kumaoni food, our stomach still feels light.
Enjoying and savouring the aroma and flavours of natural herbs is an out of the world feeling.
Refreshing Rhododendron juice, jam and the drink made of rhododendron flowers, a part of the beautiful flora of Binsar area is a must-buy from the local market. The aroma and the freshness of this wild flower which is good to consume even from naturopathy view point.
Rhododendron tea, lemon grass tea and rosemary tea made of local fauna and flora is a very healthy detoxifying drink from the Binsar valley.
We can also witness the vastness of the river Kosi on visit to Binsar. Sitting on the shores of river Kosi fills us with unspoken tranquillity.

The area is also blessed with beautiful, lovely and pleasant climatic conditions. Though as a tourist, we could avoid travelling in the monsoon season. While travelling in winters we should be fully prepared with heavy winter clothing to enjoy the cold breeze and protect ourselves from chilled winds.
Binsar is also an place for experiencing adventurous hiking, trekking, camping and nature-walks. Nature-lovers can spend many days in the lap of beautiful Binsar valley which has so many things to explore. In the hills exists the ultimate divine. The strength of the divine enjoying the religious journey can be experienced after visiting Bineshwar and Golu Devata temples.
A must place to visit and explore while in Binsar is the Binsar wild-life sanctuary located in the Himlayas on the top of the Jhandi Dhar hills. It is a habitat for rare animals, birds and flower species. The sanctuary has been declared as an important bird conservation area, as it is a habitat of more than two hundred species of birds in the sanctuary including various parakeets, the Monal and pheasants. There are many certified tourist guides in the sanctuary who guide, educate and help the tourists to locate the rare birds in and around the area. The activity of sighting beautiful birds, hearing the chirping of the birds and exploring the wilderness in their natural habitation is a wonderful experience.
One can also see a man-made watch tower in the wild life sanctuary which offers unforgettable views of the mighty and magnificent snow-capped peaks of the Himlayas.
Witnessing the sun rise and sun set from top of the hill is an ultimate and absolute bliss. We feel a cosmic connection with nature in Binsar.
We as Indians are so blessed by the divine power to have us born in this beautiful country our motherland the magical, spectacular, colourful and diversified India.
Let us explore the lengths and breadths of our incredible nation.

CHAMBA- A HILL PARADISE

Blog by Dr. Jaya Kumar

(THIS BLOG HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE MINISTRY OF TOURISM, GOVERNMENT OF INDIA)

Exploring the beauty of hills and mountains has always attracted me since childhood. Though I was born and brought-up in the city of New Delhi, in the heart of our nation, India, but I am really fortunate to be emotionally close to the Himalayas. Chamba, a district in the state of Himachal Pradesh, the ‘Dev Bhoomi’, is the home town of my father. It was here that I spent most of my summer vacations. In the hills, I always feel near to God and still share the same magical feeling whenever I visit various hill stations in our incredible India. I always feel that the mighty mountains and the hard rocks of the hills remind us of our inner strength and courage.
Chamba town is situated on the banks of the spectacular river Ravi. The approach to this scenic place is only through a road journey. Chamba is a large district where we can explore beautiful places like the popularly known ‘Mini Switzerland’- Khajjiar, Dalhousie, the Kalatop wild life sanctuary which is covered with dark pines and the Chamera dam which is built on the river Ravi.

Apart from magnificent beauty, Chamba is also home to various ancient and beautiful architectural pieces. The wide Chowgan Ground spreads like a green carpet in the middle of the town.
The art, culture and the rich heritage of Chamba can be seen at the Bhuri Singh Museum located near the Chowgan bazaar. The Chowgan bazaar has been a very old, multiproduct, local shopping market for the town and is located near the Chowgan ground. The Lakshmi Narayan temple is one of the oldest and largest temple complexes reflecting the unique ancient architecture of Chamba. The Rang Mahal is one of the largest monuments located in the Chamba region where beautiful handmade local goods are produced by the local artisans and craftsmen. The market in Chamba is not expensive and we can buy the famous local pulses and spices.
The two popular ‘jatras’ or fairs, the ‘Minjar Mela’ and ‘Suhi-Mata Mela’ attract tourists and locals from within Chamba and all the near-by villages. The famous Chamba paintings and the ‘Chamba Rumal’ which has the same embroidery on both the sides are popular world-wide.
The Chamunda temple which is located on the top of a hill has beautiful views of the whole of the Chamba town. This is a must visit. Here it seems like the divine Goddess ‘Chamunda Devi’ is bestowing her blessings on everyone.
Local authentic food like the ‘Rajma Madra’, the ‘Anaardana Khatta’, and the ‘Boor Khadhi’ are the native delicacies of Chamba. These are cooked with lots of spices which just melt in our mouth. The ‘Dham’ in Chamba is a community feast cooked by the traditional cooks which leaves an unforgettable experience.
There are various good hotels for a comfortable stay in Chamba and if one likes to have street food, this is the place to explore the ‘Cholla Bhaturas’, ‘Paani Puri’, ‘Kachaloo Chaat’ and the mouth watering ‘Aloo Tikkis’ specially served with salad and chutney.
The pickle lovers can enjoy various local pickles like the ‘Chhukh’, a kind of green chilly pickle. Local seasonal fruits like plum, apricot, peach, apple and many more are very juicy and healthy.
The people of Chamba are very friendly and sweet to talk to. The locals of the town are well versed in the rich history and culture of the town. Interacting with them enhances our knowledge and generates our interest in the history and culture of the region.
The popular languages of Chamba are Hindi, Himachali and ‘Chamyali’ which are easy to understand. Chamba as an area also finds reference in popular Himachali folk music and Hindi movie songs. They generally refer to the beauty of these hills and the people of Chamba.
On special ceremonial occasions, people wear local ‘Pahari’ dresses like the ‘Pattoo’ and the ‘Gujari’. The women of Chamba dress up beautifully and decorate themselves with the ‘Balu’-a traditional nose ring and ‘Maang Tika’ worn at the parting of the hair.
The beauty of Chamba is unmatchable. The vastness of the river Ravi is magnificent. To see the beautiful sun rise and the sun set from the banks of river Ravi is a life time experience. To walk barefooted on the Chowgan ground is a therapeutic and a rejuvenating experience.
The weather in Chamba is mostly pleasant. In winters, we can also experience snowfall with a cool fresh breeze blowing. So even if we forget to carry our heavy woollen clothes we can always buy hand woven Chamba shawls and stylish Chamba jackets which are very popular.

The Chamba ‘topi’ is also very famous because of its colourful border ‘Patti’. We can buy handmade Chamba ‘Juttis’ which are comfortable to wear and very stylish as a footwear.
For travelling to nearby places to the Chamba district, taxi service is available at economical rates. There are many unexplored nearby places like Holi, Sahu, Bharmour and Tissa which have their own beauty and marvellous landscape.
The streets of Chamba with beautiful ‘Pahari’ houses remind us of the cultural heritage of the town. The richness and the simplicity of Chamba is still intact and is one of the most beautiful places to visit. After visiting Chamba, we realise what a magical, wonderful and a blessed land our great country India is. In India, the warmth of the villages is amazing and so is the happening life of an urban city. We can find everything in this God's own land inhabited by people with golden hearts. The aura, the silence, the majesty and the magic, everything is present in the glory and the beauty of our motherland. So let us become explorers to enjoy the in-depth vastness of our land and feel refreshed and rejuvenated after exploring incredible India.

Incredible India is Unmatchable.

Paryatan Parv- The Journey of Incredible India

 Blog By-Dr Jaya Kumar.

(All the photographs in this blog have been taken by me and are from my personal collection.)

India's strength is its rich cultural and religious diversity. So many states, with different places of interest, architecture, culture, history and heritage.
In this God's own land India, we can really explore so much.
One life shall surely be too short to explore the richness and vastness of our motherland India.
Variations and varieties, colours and textures, melody and vibrancy, delicacies and authentic flavours, landscapes and beaches, monuments and wonders. You name it and we surely have it.
I realised this incredible aspect of being born in this blessed land when I visited the 'Paryatan Parv' recently organised by the Ministry of Tourism at the Rajpath lawns, New Delhi.

What a mesmerising view it was with India Gate at the background and binding of all the Indian cultures together at the Paryatan Parv.
The slogan of the Tourism Ministry spoke a thousand words.
The slogan 'Dekho Apna Desh,' is so true. I had this feeling at the entrance gate to the event itself.
The whole venue was awesome. Well decorated, colourful and depicting the beauty and majesty of India through various pictures and paintings.
The food court at the parv was a multi-state food court. Chefs from all the different states presented their culinary skills.
Hot Momos from the first organic state of India Sikkim, special Dosa from Karnataka, Biryani from Telangana, Special Dham from Himachal Pradesh, mouth watering dishes from Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and many dishes from other states.
After trying several dishes I wished I could taste some more.

The tastes and flavours melted in my mouth and left an unforgettable taste.
Relishing the flavours of India, as I moved ahead I could not stop dancing on the beats of the Dhol and enjoyed the various street performances by the artists from all over India.

Various Nukkad Nataks on  social issues  made me think that these could be an eye-opener for the society.
There was a beautiful display of local handicrafts. Artisans from different states were present to enhance our knowledge about Indian handicrafts. We could even buy our own country- produced Swadeshi products.
A separate area was dedicated to the National awardee craftsmen and artisans.
They were showcasing their skills and self produced handicrafts, decoration items, clothing and garments.
I felt a beautiful feeling  as i appreciated, admired and even bought some beautifully produced state handicrafts.
Besides a main grand stage there were many other stages set up for  cultural performances by artists from across the country.
'Bihu' the dance form of Assam, 'Thangta' a sword- fighting dance from Manipur, 'Sidhi Dhamal', 'Chau', 'Bhangra' from Punjab and list goes on.

All these were performed and beautifully choreographed. The music and dance of India is foot-tapping, melodious and soulful.
India and we the citizens of this country have always been warm in welcoming the people from other countries of the world too.
For us 'Atithidevo Bhava,' meaning guest is God, is the motto.
One could feel this seeing many people of foreign origin enjoying our cultural heritage and feeling amazed to witness the cultural and architectural heritage of unforgettable India.
India is a land of values and traditions, festivals and celebrations, unity and fraternity, love and respect, sharing and caring.
India is really Incredible.

MESMERIZING BEAUTY OF HILLS

Blog By-Dr Jaya Kumar

When in the hills one feels near to God. I always had this feeling since childhood and still feel the same whenever I travel to the hilly regions of our incredible country.
On my recent visit to Manali, the beautiful hill town of Himachal Pradesh, I was just mesmerized seeing the snow-clad mountains.
It felt like the Almighty was bestowing all His blessings on us.
The beauty of the sun rays which were falling on the majestic mountain tops gave a memorable blissful feeling.
Mountains always remind us of our inner strength and courage. It makes us realise the power within us.
It presents an example before us to be patient and determined in life.
We as a family are nature lovers and nature admireres.
We stopped by the magnificent river Beas and were mesmerised by its flow and vastness which was unmatchable.

We could feel its purity and freshness in the air.
Even a few drops of its water sprinkled on our face made us look fresh and even refreshed our inner souls.
It felt like that our body had undergone a purification process.
Exploring the beauty of the area and seeing the tall pine trees all around filled us with a feeling so different.
It was a feeling of security and protection by the unseen power. It felt like our motherland is in safe hands of mother nature and the Almighty.

It was giving us lessons for life.
Lessons to be learnt from the majestic mountains, the whispering pines, the flora and fauna and the  vast magical rivers are manifold.
It is upto us to feel the magic of the hills and the blessings bestowed by the natural powers.
Listening to the sounds of the hills is a memorable soulful experience.
One is always encapsulated by the spell of that Power in the hill.
A trip to the hills is always a refreshing and rejuvenating experience for both the inner and outer self.

CHHATH PUJA - SALUTATION TO THE SUN

Blog By-Dr Jaya Kumar

Morning salutation to the Sun brings a new energy in our body and enlightens our soul.

Worshipping the Sun early in the morning is an ancient Hindu Vedic ritual followed and practised by many.

The festival of Chhath-Puja is also dedicated to the Sun God and 'Chhathi Maiyya' known as Usha in the Vedas.
Usha is the first light of day and believed to be the beloved wife of the Sun God.

Chhath-Puja is popularly celebrated in the regions and by the people of Bihar, Jharkhand and Eastern Uttarpradesh. It is also celebrated in different countries like Nepal, Mauritius, Fiji and many more.

It is a festival to thank the natural power of the Sun for bestowing its blessings on Earth with a request to fullfill our wishes.

Chhath-Puja is observed for four days which is marked by offering the prayers to the Sun God, fasting and taking holy dips.

Scientifically too, it is very beneficial for the human body as it helps to get rid of toxicity.

Exposing one's body to the sun provides natural vitamin D and improves the overall functioning of the human body.

Sun worship is believed to cure many diseases and helps ensure longivity of life.

Sun is energy and a life force which is worshipped to promote the well-being of humanity and bring in prosperity and progress.

Seeing smiles and happiness on our loved ones faces makes one feel very happy.
It adds a sweet flavour to the celebrations. Happiness shared together is one of the most satisfying feelings one can witness at the time of celebrations.
Learning, growing and becoming better with every occasion is the real flavour of celebrations.

Exchange of thoughts, knowledge, experiences, good wishes and spending loving times with each other is real celebration.
One thing which always comes to my mind during celebrations is the one of the most positive aspect of our country.
It is our 'Diversity' which gives us an opportunity to live our lives as a celebration and to really appreciate and enjoy the beautiful moments we experience.
We feel blessed and fortunate to be born on our motherland India.

The religious and cultural diversity of our country teaches us to be thankful to the Almighty under all circumstances. It teaches us to be happy for everyone.
It teaches us to be together in celebrations.
To top it all, it teaches us to be joyful to live the present moment as a celebration.

My son Om Kumar gave a beautiful Tabla performance at the Swadeshi Mela organized by CCRT (Centre for Cultural Resources and Training)

Om through his patriotic performance mesmerized all the dignitaries present and everyone present at the Mela.

(Myself and my son Om Kumar with Mayor of South Delhi Ms. Kamaljeet Sehrawat)

Om's Tabla performance filled the whole atmosphere with a Swadeshi fervour and patriotism.

Om was appreciated and blessed by all the elders present at the event.
SWADESHI is the need of the hour. We should be happy to encourage our local craftsmen.
Though in today's time, we are a global citizen but our Nation should be first and foremost.

Trust Your Soul

Blog By- Dr Jaya Kumar.

Soul, the true meaning of this word as I always thought is simple offering to the Ultimate Lord. It is there that our body from the inner core of our heart searches for the deeper meaning to our existence. Ultimately, what comes out is our Soul. It is the Soul which shows us the path to attain the love and shelter of the Ultimate Power.

We give this power, a name so that it registers in everyone's mind but it is in fact nameless. It exists everywhere in the form of air, water, fire, earth and our breath. With every breath we take our Soul helps us, but sometimes our inner core remains blank. Why?

The answer is that we never want to listen to what our inner and deeper soul is speaking. Though it guides us to the correct path but we still act guide less. It wants to hold our hands but we say, "OH! I can walk alone."

So, let us hold the hand of our Soul and offer ourselves with full sincerity, truthfulness, dedication and devotion to attain the heights of ultimate growth and contentment.

MAY EVERY LIFE BE BLISSFUL AND PEACEFUL

EXPERIENCE IS UNIQUE

Life always gives us a unique opportunity when we step outside our known zones.

We always gain new experience and knowledge.

Life becomes interesting only when we have different opportunities to explore and learn.

Try to learn from every opportunity in life.

Experiences build our confidence and improve our ability of communication.

At every age and stage of life we should be ready to enhance our intellectual skills.

These experiences can sometimes give once in a life-time opportunity to move ahead in life.

Experiences also make you tough and aware of the various happenings around you.

So always try to be a learner and experience life with a positive and an enthusiastic attitude.

EXPERIENCES ACT AS LIFE LESSONS..

Karva-chauth is a soulful experience

 Happy Karva-Chauth....

Karva-Chauth a festival to re-inforce the bond between two beautiful souls for strengthening mutual love and affection.
Soul-mates coming together year after year and remembering the loving relation and understanding they share with each other.
Many stories are remembered with the purpose of celebrating this festival.
It is an age-old tradition to celebrate the Karva-Chauth by married women.
It is the day of prayers and blessings for long life of their beloved husbands.
It is also a day to relieve the beauty and charm of being a young bride forever.
Sitting, laughing, chatting and lovingly having the morning traditional feast with their mothers-in- law brings joy to everyone.

Human body also needs a break to refresh itself. So, it becomes a day for women to refresh their bodies and to refill it with energy and charismatic charm for the coming festive season.
Now-a-days with all the professional commitments and personal busy schedule, even couples do not get time to share the sweetness and emotions of life together.
Karva-Chauth gives a golden opportunity for strengthening the bond under the 'Holy Moon' with smiles and soulful golden silence.
Appreciating, respecting and thanking each other to be together in every thick and thin of life.
Taking a vow and promising together to grow together in maturity and mutual understanding.

Adjustments, compromise, ups and downs, troubles and tribulations, tears and joys and pain and pleasure all are part and parcel of any human relation.
It is our outlook, approach, understanding and value we give to each relationship.
The beauty of a  journey of this soulful relation is dependant on trust, care, support and a life long true commitment to enjoy and cherish the beauty of this pure and selfless relation of souls coming together forever.
Making every moment of married life as blissful remembrance of togetherness.
