Blog by-Dr Jaya Kumar.

(All the photographs and videos in this blog have been taken by me and are from my personal collection.)

One feels refreshed after visiting the majestic Mughal Garden at the Rashtrapati Bhawan, New Delhi.
As one enters the premises, one starts getting a royal feeling.
As one continues to walk, beautiful wide roads welcome one at the entrance of a royal and colourful much awaited treat for the eyes.
The vast- spread herbal garden has the best variety of available medicinal plants.
The air which blows feels so refreshing and therapeutic.

Then comes the beautiful Bonsai park. The miniaturised size of large grown trees which are even more than a decade old are so cute to be admired.
As we move forward, a large variety of beautiful flora welcomes you with majestic colours and natural fragrances.
The water from fountains flow like the music of 'Jal Tarang'.

The lush green carpet of grass spreads to give one a feeling of red carpet welcome.
You just get an out of the world feeling. As one approaches the exit gate, a feeling to part yourself away from lovely nature fills your heart.
But surely a visit to the Mughal Garden is a much awaited annual event which ignites beautiful blossoming of our hearts.
