DOWN BUT NOT OUT.......

Most of the times our spirit of positivity keeps us going in life. We might not be physically well for a while but our body surely fights back with the philosophy of 'keep going on'.
We can be down sometimes with physical ailments but surely not out for long.
Physical problems can affect us momentarily but cannot dampen our spirit as a fighter.
We can fight any problem, whether mental or physical, only if we promise to ourselves that we want to live a healthy life.
This can be done by a little bit of change in our lifestyle and the results shall surely be positive.
Remember to maintain a healthy eating pattern and regular exercises.
Back to basics should be our mantra of life.
Loving nature and following a natural way for cure should be our way of life.
Situations in life could be any but we should have an optimistic approach to live and lead a good life.
