Our thoughts and actions tell about our state of mind. If we look at the broader aspect, it is our mind which makes us speak, think and act the way we do.
If we are in a happy state of mind we shall definitely feel and think happy and act accordingly.
We shall be in a joyful mood. Our behaviour and temperament would reflect our happiness.
On the other hand if we are going through a sad phase of life, we feel low.
Sadness grips our mind and thoughts. The enthusiasm and energy we have would be covered and wrapped under the clouds of sad thoughts. Can we do something about it? Yes, and that is, to have a matured approach towards things around us.
Our state of mind is what we feel. Our relations, situations, hopes and aspirations grip our mind.
We start flowing with them in that phase of time.
Though if we think deeply, situations can change if we are determined to change them.
Let us atleast keep a positive attitude towards every situation we face in our life. It will infuse a new energy inside us.
REMEMBER ALWAYS, THAT NIGHT IS FOLLOWED BY DAY AND NOTHING LASTS FOREVER..& THAT 'THIS TOO SHALL CHANGE'...
