ESSAY-‘WHAT CAN I DO FOR CLEAN INDIA?’

I truly believe that our country India is very beautiful and magnificent.
I am a young tabla player. Through my tabla performances, I inspire many people about the Swachhta Abhiyan. In my performances on the Independence Day this year, I highlighted the importance of the Swachhta Abhiyan, Sankalp Se Sidhi Initiative and ‘Filth- Quit’ India Movement.
I am inspired by the efforts of our Honorable Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi, and his initiative the ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’. I have also promised myself to fulfill similar dreams of the father of our nation Mahatma Gandhi. In my tabla-performances, I try to make people aware about the ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’.

I believe all things start from our body, our home and our neighbourhood. Keeping this in mind, I help my mother to keep our home and our surroundings clean. The source of my inspiration is my mother. She is well- qualified and does everything with dignity and pride.
Whenever I am among children like myself, I am particular that I share with them the value of keeping our surroundings clean and not littering anywhere.
As a child, I keep getting knowledge from my parents. This enhances my general awareness and my interest on social issues.
Like many other important lessons of life, my father has shared with me, the importance of cleanliness and that ‘Cleanliness is next to Godliness’. I also truly believe in this and inspire others to follow it as well.

EXPECT RESULTS

Blog by-Dr. Jaya Kumar.

When we push ourselves very hard and put all our efforts into some specific work, our only wish is that we should emerge victorious.
It is the same feeling that we experience when we participate in a competition.
Big or small, a competition is a competition.
The competitive spirit remains high and our expectations from ourselves rise.
The only hope we keep is to emerge a winner. We eagerly await for the day.
When the result of the competition we participated in, is declared.
As the time for the results approaches, we feel anxious and are filled with excitement.
This makes us feel butterflies in our stomach.
Not thinking about our previous achievements and Laurels, the wait for the next result gets its own value and importance.
In fact, every prize, appreciation and victory counts and the experience we go through by sheer participation is an addition to our box of experiences.
It becomes a matter of pride for us when we participate in any event with full energy, preparation and dedication.
Mere participation in any event enhances our growth with value-addition and a boost to our morale.

We keep our hopes high and eagerly await the day when our personal efforts get recognized, accepted and acknowledged.
We may lose, but our loss teaches us to try to win the next time.
If we emerge a winner, our victory shall surely inspire and motivate others.
Even if we lose, it gives us a chance to improve further in life and to bounce back with a better preparation, maturity and efforts.
Victory assures us that our direction is correct and the path that we are on, shall give us further success in our life.
In a competition, the result can be favourable or not, but our efforts are done with just our participation in the contest.

The best one finally wins.
Everyone shall always get what one truly deserves in life as most of the times, the result is not in our hands.

SELF MOTIVATION

Blog By- Dr Jaya Kumar.

It happens a number of times that when we go to bed we promise to ourselves to change something about us from the next day.
The changes could be our bad habits or our casual approach towards life. The list keeps getting longer. The point to be noted here is that we atleast think of changing ourselves.
The next morning does come but we forget about those thoughts of change and remain the same person who follows the same routine and the same old habits.
Nothing changes and nothing improves. No magic happens. Why?
The answer lies in the fact that we ourselves are not self- motivated.
Self- Motivation is the best form of motivation.
Only our own magical power can do wonders.

Nothing changes in our lives if we ourselves do not try to implement and work towards the path of self-motivation.
Promises, words and wishes carry no value if in reality we do not implement what we think we should do. Action has to come from ourselves.
The true reality of life is that if we are self-motivated, only then we become unstoppable.
This is beautifully captured in a well- known adage which states," God helps those who help themselves".
We have to help ourselves to uplift our own souls.
We have to become a self -motivator for our own self. The source of inspiration can be any or many but it all starts from our own self.
We are a start to most of the happenings that take place in our lives.
The course of these happenings is generally in our own hands.
We do not know what lies ahead for us, but self-planning at an early stage is better for all our future endeavors.
As a human being, our frame of mind has to be self-correction, self-disciplined and self-motivation.
Self motivation is the first step and the stepping -stone towards our success.
The reason for our birth, the aim with which we live, the mission which we seek to accomplish in our life can only be achieved and fulfilled if we have true Self -Belief.

MOVE FAST

Blog By- Dr Jaya Kumar

Just move quickly. Move with pace and the time.
Move fast with time to catch up things we could not do or attempt earlier.
Move with the latest technology and services available.
Move to catch the opportunities coming your way.
Move to be better with every passing moment of life.
Move to be experimental in life.
Move to gain more experience in life. Learning is endless. So move to learn something new and exciting.
Move fast to improve your health.
Move to repair your strained relations.
Come on and be practical. We have only this life to move. So just leave all your fears and apprehensions behind.
Move on with a new approach towards life. Move on to love and live.
Move to catch the rising sun.

Move to see the beauty around you.
Life is very short to spend in only thinking.
So let us move fast to enjoy the time left ahead of us.
MOVE FAST TO FEEL THE POWER WITHIN YOU....

CHILDREN ARE SO SPECIAL

Blog By- Dr Jaya Kumar.

Thank you God for blessing us and making us parents.
What a lovely and a beautiful feeling it is to hold a baby and shower all your warmth and care on him.
What a proud feeling when your child achieves something with praise and acclaim in life.
As parents we feel proud and walk with our head held high.
If we come to think of it, we shall realize that children are like fresh air.
You can feel their presence and get rejuvinated with a sense of confidence and self-trust while walking hand in hand with your child.
A child assures you to not to worry. Through his warmth and feel, he tries to say that he is standing for you.
He seems to say 'Come on you can do it and you have to enjoy my happiness and success. You have to see me grow.'
A child has a special way of adding joy to every day.
One feels like the energy given by fresh air that fills oneself. We get refreshed seeing the smiles of our children.

Late President A.P.J Abdul Kalam once said," Let us sacrifice our today so that our children can have a better tomorrow."
It is true and shall remain relevant for all times. Children need our time and attention.
They need our guidance, support, encouragement and patience. Therefore, as parent, it is our utmost duty and responsibility to nurture young minds with love and affection.
Parents should speak to their children. They should have a good understanding with them. The way one communicates with children becomes the inner voice of the young souls.
Our sacrifice shall be fruitful when our children will grow into a responsible citizen.

HAPPY CHILDHOOD.... HAPPY INDIA...

RUN FOR LIFE....

BLOG BY- DR JAYA KUMAR.

As we walk or drive we experience many things around us. If we start following the good habits of the people around us, we may get a chance to improve ourselves. This can happen at every passing moment.
On the other hand, if we observe the wrong habits of people around us too, we get the golden opportunity to become much better ourselves. The world needs more good and better people to survive together.

What so ever experience we all may have, one thing which we observe is that every one is just running. Technically, they might not seem to be running but if we observe carefully then we will find that people are actually really running after something.

There is a very nice word called patience that has been forgotten by people somehow. A few years back, most people used to say that we are free for our loved ones. In present times even though they are running at such a high speed they still are late or never share a close bonding with their loved ones.

People jump red lights risking their own and other people's life as if it always is an emergency. If you stand in a queue people will push you so much as if one is invisible. If by chance you are on a bicycle on the road, people will start honking behind you so hard that sometimes you feel that you have written ' Am I deaf ?',on your back.

Sometimes you feel like driving slow since you want to enjoy the beauty of your journey but people will look at you in a way that you are an alien on this land. So, let us run only to be physically fit. Make our brains run fast to improve our logic and reasoning.

But let us not be in a 'running mode' when not required.

RUN ONLY TO CATCH THE GLIMPSE OF THE BEAUTY OF THIS LIFE...

RUN INDIA.... CLEAN INDIA....

HEALTH AND WELLNESS

 Blog By- Dr Jaya Kumar.

Our human body has a universe of its own. It has a system working continuously, all by itself. In fact, our body possesses a strong self healing power. It has it's own processes of cleaning and removing all the toxins from the body.

Repairing all the tissues and cells of the body.

Detoxification of body with the help of various herbs.

Since every body is different, we should think of rejuvenating and refreshing our bodies periodically in our own way.

Our bodies need a systematic cleaning process. The cleaning of both the physical body and the soul.

Our body, through its natural cleansing processes, and the soul, through meditation and connection with God, the AllMighty.

Generate your inner power to fight with the toxins inside your body and to purify and refreshen it.

SO LET US TAKE ON THE FIGHT WITH OUR TOXINS TO LEAD A BEAUTIFUL AND HEALTHY LIFE...

Health is and should be our first priority in life. We tend to be busy in our daily chores so much that we tend to ignore our biggest priority in life.

We get so involved in our work that, it takes a toll on our health. We realise it when we fall sick. We later feel what we have done to ourselves. Sometimes, we are so involved in others happiness, sorrows or to just make them happy that we suffer ourselves.

Our body starts to work like a clock and we also feel happy for it. But at end of the day, we push ourselves so hard that we suffer physically. Though, as a human being it should be our priority to fulfill all our responsibilities smilingly but if our health suffers in the process then how shall we be able to work in future? What shall we be able to do about our future endeavours?

So whatever be the situation, start focusing on your health today itself. Health is not only your biggest wealth but it is also your biggest strength. If, we as a person will be healthy only then we would be able to give our best for our loved ones. Lead a healthy life forever.

MAY ALL TAKE EFFORTS TO LEAD, A HEALTHY LIFE EVERYDAY....... FOREVER

HEALTHY INDIA... CLEAN INDIA....
