Right is right and wrong is wrong.

Blog by-Dr Jaya kumar.

Sometimes it is hard to believe that everything and every situation in our life is transparent.
But, in reality transparency is everywhere. It is in our character and also in our thought process regarding other people.
It is that we are not ready to accept the fact that we can be exposed anytime.
This may be because sometimes the reality is hidden because of several reasons.
How can we bluntly tell somebody that you have been caught? Your behaviour is being analysed and we know what is cooking in your mind.
Sometimes we know the truth behind what we see. Right is right and wrong is wrong.
But, still we sometimes feel that it is better to maintain silence for a peaceful and harmonious relationships.
On the other hand as an individual we know about the moves we make at both personal and professional levels.

It is a fact that our behaviour, words, actions and attitude is a calculative move.
We all know what we are doing but are always in a denial mood.
We may never accept that the other person's thinking can be much smarter than what we can even think of.
We also take someone's silence as his or her weakness and sometimes his or her humbleness as his or her attitude. So, when everything is transparent and being watched and monitored constantly, it is better that we be a clear- hearted person.
Acceptance of a wrong doing is better than constantly denying it.
It is better to improve upon oneself than to be humiliated for our cunningness and shrewd behaviour.
We have only one life. One life to just lead and spend or a life to live for oneself as well as spreading positivity, smiles and happiness everywhere.

Salute to the Brave hearts

Blog by- Dr.Jaya Kumar.

The speed of the jets and the thundering loud voice of the fighter planes. The launching of the missiles and the bombardment done by the Indian Air Force has proven its metal in front of the enemy.
As a country we have always believed in establishing peaceful and cordial relations at the international arena.
We have always extended our hands of friendship by maintaining and believing in the philosophy of universal brotherhood.
Our motherland is the land of love and patience. It is this what we have believed and followed truly.
But, whenever any external source has attacked us and has given us tearful wounds, our defense forces have always stood strong as brave hearts.
This time, the attack by the Indian Air Force has incredibly proven our strength and power over our enemies.

They have proven that enough is enough and India is no longer ready to loose precious lives of its soldiers and countrymen.
The martyrdom of our people won't go in vain. The revenge of every precious life lost and the tears which have rolled down the cheeks of every Indian would be noted and avenged with full force.
The time has come again when all Indians shall stand together and rise above everything else by keeping nationalism as our top priority and feeling.
The feeling to celebrate patriotism is one of the most beautiful feelings.
Let everyone of us stand together as one big strong force by igniting our hearts with pure nationalist feelings and sentiments.
Our big salute to our brave hearts in action.

What you shall sow, so shall you reap.

Blog by-Dr Jaya Kumar.

Many a times this old adage stands relevant in all times to come.
The truth behind the adage shall always be relevant in every age and stage of life.
The adage what you shall sow, so shall you reap is a practical reality to almost every human being.
If we sow a seed of a mango, how can we expect any other fruit to be produced.
The process to get the positive result of our hard labour and effort could take some time, but one day the fruit shall be there and shall be sweet.
The sweetness of our good deeds, nice behaviour and most importantly our true heart.

Like wise the end result of our being clever, arrogant and showing selfish behaviour shall also pay back us in the same way.
We tend to forget that we are being constantly watched by and that our attitude and behaviour is being monitored regularly by who ever meets us and comes in contact with us.
The real truth about who we genuinely are shall be out in the open one day and we shall then get back what we sow during our whole life in some form or the other.
Therefore before it becomes too late, let us leave behind all our cunningness, selfishness and be a true hearted human being to enjoy the sweetness of this wonderful life.

Enjoy the warmth of the sun and be with silence.

Blog by-Dr Jaya Kumar.

When we attain a certain age, we tend to realize that our lives are governed by certain cosmic powers.
The power of nature and the mystic silence attached to it.
Feeling the warmth of the sun in this season along with a silence of the universe, is a feeling beyond words. The silence of the night and the warmth of the day makes us feel and believe in the power of this season.
Observing the beauty of the sun and taking it's energy into your deeper self makes you refreshed and energized from within.

The depth of one self gets an ignited energy with a potent silence within one's own self.
The existence of the human lives looks so small and insignificant in front of the energy and power of the universe, which infact is the real governing body of this whole world.
So, let us wrap ourselves with the warmth of the sun and just enjoy our inner silence.

Bid goodbye to this year with thanks giving and prayers

Blog by-Dr Jaya Kumar.

Life is like a creative craft and we have to be a good craftsman to make the best of everything that has been granted to us in this life.
A full year is passing by from everyone's life with it's own share of ups and downs.
Many of us must be relishing and cherishing the beautiful memories of the year which is paving way for a new year.
Some must have suffered lots of pain and despair looking forward to a new hope of a much brighter and a better day.
Every human life has a new story with both tears and joys.
Every human being has different expectations with the future which is in-store for him or her.

Every eye hopes to see a much pleasurable side of the coming year with only tears of joy rolling down their cheeks.
Before the dawn of this year let us make some special prayers.
The prayers can be for oneself, for our loved ones or for the whole humanity, but surely prayers for this life have to be made.
A thanks giving to have blessed us with this precious and a valuable life of being a human being.
Prayers have powers to turn around things for the better with thanks giving as a gratitude of the acknowledgement of the precious time we have been granted every day and night of our life in a year.
So let us bid goodbye to this year with thanks giving and prayers for bringing more joy, peace and prosperity to the world we live in.

Year End Countdown 2018...

Blog by-Dr Jaya Kumar.

All of us start the beginning of a new year with several promises which we make to ourselves.
We make a list of several things which we plan to finish till the end of the year.
We make sure that all the work which we think of completing before the rise of the new sun at the beginning of a new year is completed, but in reality this never happens.
Majority of the people are unable to finish the promised work and tend to carry the same burden of promises and unfinished work on to the next year.

They make a list of several excuses for being not so efficient in the year gone by and suddenly make a pledge to fulfill all the promises and wishes in the coming year.
This cycle goes on and on year after year and the deadline keeps shifting from one year to another year.
Why wait for another year to pass by without completing our work and fullfilling all the said and unsaid promises we make to ourselves.
Let us make up our mind and try to achieve our goal till the end of this year.
It shall relieve us of the burden to carry the load again over to the next year.
Let us just pull up our socks and switch on the fast- mode button, so that we go refreshed and rebooted in the coming year with the aim to achieve new heights of success and promises which shall be fullfilled by us.
The target is not unachievable. Our effort and determination in the last few days of this year can even make the clock start with the countdown of passing by of this wonderful year.

Humanity and Human Rights

Blog by-Dr Jaya Kumar.

(Poster made by OM Kumar at 7 years of age. His Interpretation of Human Rights.)

Respecting and loving all humanity should be our dictum of life. Treating every individual as an equal being and being humane in our thoughts and actions should be adopted by us.
Every human has equal rights. Human rights are our basic rights or freedom.
Human rights include our right to live, our right to health, education, freedom of speech and thoughts.
Every human being has a right also enjoy his own human rights and we have to regard and respect that.

(My idea of Human Rights. World really needs good people around it. Let us spread happiness rather than tears. Humanity First...)

We have to adopt a humane approach towards maintaining peace and harmony in the society where every individual could be free to enjoy their individual human rights.
On this Human Rights Day which is celebrated world wide on the 10th of every December, let us all pledge to save and protect humanity.
We all are equal in the eyes of the Almighty, so why do we then as individuals create differences.
We are civilised human beings who are developing very fast for more growth.
But somewhere in this race, we lack that basic human approach. We are humans first before being anything else.
Nelson Mandela the great human right activist once said ,"To deny people their human rights is to challenge their very humanity".
So let us make a promise to ourselves that humanity should always be above our own selfish interests.
World shall become even more beautiful where every human being shall be treated equal in dignity and rights.
