One day at a time.

Blog by-Dr Jaya Kumar.

Let us take life the way it comes to us. Actually everything is planned before hand. So, in reality we are no one to decide on or plan future. Our fate and all the happenings which have occurred or has to happen has fixed time to it.
Worrying too much about the past, present and future shall lead us to nowhere. It is not we who has to decide. Our only role is to act and work hard to make things better.
Even if the things gets worse, can we really do something? Becoming self guilty or blaming oneself without one's fault shall only broke us from inside.
It shall be self harm without any conclusion. Our existence to the world is till the time we are standing strong. Otherwise, may be we shall be left alone in this world by the people who we had so much of faith in.
So, let time takes it's own course.

Ego can destroy your relationship.

Blog by-Dr Jaya Kumar.

Ego is such a small word but can destroy your whole world. It can even ruin your relationship.
As a person when we are under the grip of ego, we cannot distinguish between what is right and what is wrong.
We start following the self destructive path towards achieving nothing. We ruin our mental peace and health. We are not ready to listen to anyone at any cost.
We take everything as negative and start hating even our most precious and valuable relationship.
Ego can even kill us from inside and can kill everything we possess. But, still we are not ready to accept our faults at any cost.
Life is really too short. So, let us throw away ego from our lives before it destroy our happy world.

Smile is the most precious asset

Blog by-Dr Jaya Kumar.

Smile is the most precious asset in our lives. Smile is the most valuable thing one can possess in life.
Smile is not just a word but it holds a very deeper and in-depth meaning to it.
If we carefully make an analysis, we shall surely conclude that life without a smile seems to be a heavy burden.
Surely because of some circumstances it really becomes difficult to smile but it is not impossible.
A smile gives you inner strength and power to fight with all the problems of life. The ups and downs of life can easily be taken as a challenge when we know the art to smile.
So let us gift and spread smile wherever we go. A smile can really bring a huge difference in someone's life and can ignite a spark of positivism and energy.

Life is beautiful

Blog by-Dr Jaya Kumar.
Yes, it is so true that life is beautiful. Though sometimes we feel that life is a burden. It becomes very hard to deal with everyday troubles and tribulations. But,if we closely look at it ,we shall conclude that life is really beautiful.
Life is beautiful because we are alive to start it again with a fresh and positive attitude. The energy which we lacked before could be brought together and combined with a dynamic force to bounce back as a lion. A Lion whose roar is fearless.
Our life is ours. No one has any right to question our individuality till we are leading a responsible life as an individual.
Few days back I was listening to a song 'Selfish Hoke Apne leye Jiyoo Na'. Though the word selfish is always taken in a negative manner but to live a respectable life is not being negative. To demand respect is not selfish. To have your own opinion is not being negative.
Negative is our approach towards those who wish to lead a beautiful and peaceful life. Why can't we accept that every individual is different with a unique personality and thought process.
Let us respect everyone the way we wish to be respected. We should be ready to accept our faults and try not to dictate or influence other person.
We all have right to live a burden free life. Life which is so beautiful.

Right is right and wrong is wrong.

Blog by-Dr Jaya kumar.

Sometimes it is hard to believe that everything and every situation in our life is transparent.
But, in reality transparency is everywhere. It is in our character and also in our thought process regarding other people.
It is that we are not ready to accept the fact that we can be exposed anytime.
This may be because sometimes the reality is hidden because of several reasons.
How can we bluntly tell somebody that you have been caught? Your behaviour is being analysed and we know what is cooking in your mind.
Sometimes we know the truth behind what we see. Right is right and wrong is wrong.
But, still we sometimes feel that it is better to maintain silence for a peaceful and harmonious relationships.
On the other hand as an individual we know about the moves we make at both personal and professional levels.

It is a fact that our behaviour, words, actions and attitude is a calculative move.
We all know what we are doing but are always in a denial mood.
We may never accept that the other person's thinking can be much smarter than what we can even think of.
We also take someone's silence as his or her weakness and sometimes his or her humbleness as his or her attitude. So, when everything is transparent and being watched and monitored constantly, it is better that we be a clear- hearted person.
Acceptance of a wrong doing is better than constantly denying it.
It is better to improve upon oneself than to be humiliated for our cunningness and shrewd behaviour.
We have only one life. One life to just lead and spend or a life to live for oneself as well as spreading positivity, smiles and happiness everywhere.

Salute to the Brave hearts

Blog by- Dr.Jaya Kumar.

The speed of the jets and the thundering loud voice of the fighter planes. The launching of the missiles and the bombardment done by the Indian Air Force has proven its metal in front of the enemy.
As a country we have always believed in establishing peaceful and cordial relations at the international arena.
We have always extended our hands of friendship by maintaining and believing in the philosophy of universal brotherhood.
Our motherland is the land of love and patience. It is this what we have believed and followed truly.
But, whenever any external source has attacked us and has given us tearful wounds, our defense forces have always stood strong as brave hearts.
This time, the attack by the Indian Air Force has incredibly proven our strength and power over our enemies.

They have proven that enough is enough and India is no longer ready to loose precious lives of its soldiers and countrymen.
The martyrdom of our people won't go in vain. The revenge of every precious life lost and the tears which have rolled down the cheeks of every Indian would be noted and avenged with full force.
The time has come again when all Indians shall stand together and rise above everything else by keeping nationalism as our top priority and feeling.
The feeling to celebrate patriotism is one of the most beautiful feelings.
Let everyone of us stand together as one big strong force by igniting our hearts with pure nationalist feelings and sentiments.
Our big salute to our brave hearts in action.

What you shall sow, so shall you reap.

Blog by-Dr Jaya Kumar.

Many a times this old adage stands relevant in all times to come.
The truth behind the adage shall always be relevant in every age and stage of life.
The adage what you shall sow, so shall you reap is a practical reality to almost every human being.
If we sow a seed of a mango, how can we expect any other fruit to be produced.
The process to get the positive result of our hard labour and effort could take some time, but one day the fruit shall be there and shall be sweet.
The sweetness of our good deeds, nice behaviour and most importantly our true heart.

Like wise the end result of our being clever, arrogant and showing selfish behaviour shall also pay back us in the same way.
We tend to forget that we are being constantly watched by and that our attitude and behaviour is being monitored regularly by who ever meets us and comes in contact with us.
The real truth about who we genuinely are shall be out in the open one day and we shall then get back what we sow during our whole life in some form or the other.
Therefore before it becomes too late, let us leave behind all our cunningness, selfishness and be a true hearted human being to enjoy the sweetness of this wonderful life.
